Sheila - Trust Business Development Manager

Sheila started working at our Hayes Primary and St Mary Cray Primary schools in 2014 as a Finance and Administration Officer.  Since 2017, she has worked for the Central Team as Business Development Manager. She is responsible for generating essential additional income for the individual schools and across the Trust.

Sarah - Trust HR Manager 

Sarah joined the Central Team in August 2021. As HR Manager, Sarah is responsible for the delivery of the HR strategy and monitoring HR policies and procedures.

Louise - Trust Finance Manager

Louise started working at Hayes Primary in 2015, and later joined the Central team in 2017.  As the Trust Finance Manager, Louise is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable Team and ensuring that the financial reports are distributed to HeadTeachers/Trustees in an accurate and timely manner, as well as overseeing the numerous audits the Trust is subject to.

Michelle - Trust Support Manager

Michelle joined the Central team in February 2018.  As the Trust Support Manager, Michelle supports the COO (with project work, insurance, first aid), the Co-CEOs and the Trust Admin Manager, whilst being supported by the Trust Admin Officer. 

Natalie - Trust Admin Manager 

Natalie joined the Trust in September 2016.   The Trust Admin Manager is responsible for line managing all of the school admin teams across the Trust, and overseeing admin procedures to ensure a trust wide vision and efficient processes.

Rumana - Trust Admin Officer

Rumana joined the Central Team in September 2025.  The Trust Admin Officer provides admin support to the Trust Support Manager as well as the Co-CEOs and Business Development Manager.

Karen - Trust Admin Support Officer

Karen joined the Central team in September 2025.  Karen supports Natalie with overseeing admin procedures across the schools to ensure a Trust wide vision and efficient processes, as well as supporting the schools during periods of absence/sickness.

Tracy - Trust Payroll Officer

Tracy joined the Central team in June 2025.  The Payroll Officer for the Trust is responsible for processing employees' pay; ensuring everyone gets paid what they should, when they should! 

Ash - Trust HR Officer

Ash joined the Central team in July 2022 after previously working as one of the Clerks for the Trust.  Ash supports HR with job advertisements and on-boarding new joiners to the Trust.

Rachel - Trust Credit Controller

Rachel joined the Central team in August 2020 as Credit Controller and is responsible for debt recovery and payments/bookings for wraparound care.

Kay - Trust Finance Assistant

Kay joined the Central team in August 2021. As the Trust's Finance Assistant, Kay will be focusing on the expenses side of Finance, and will be providing support with all aspects of the Central finance functions.

Sue - Trust Finance Assistant

Sue joined the Central team in June 2022.  As the Trust's Finance Assistant, Sue will be focusing on the income side of Finance, and will be providing support with all aspects of the Central finance functions.

Shweta - Trust Finance Apprentice

Shweta joined the Finance Team in September 2024, as Trust Finance Apprentice.  Shweta is responsible for the purchase ordering & accounts payable functions across the Trust schools. 

Trust Site Team:

Our Site Team leader, Brendon, oversees the Site Managers/Assistant Site Managers across the Trust.
