    Corinne Sheehan
    Co-Chief Executive Officer and Accounting Officer

    Corinne joined the Spring Trust in 2015 as Finance Manager and was promoted to CFO when the Trust grew to 5 schools in 2016. She was instrumental in the centralisation and increasing efficiencies of the Trust. Currently, as Co-CEO, Corinne carries out the role of Accounting Officer for the Trust, leading on the business strategic development and continues to be innovative in developing the services to the schools to maximise resources for the benefit of the pupils.

    Gulcin Sesli
    Co-Chief Executive Officer and Trust Safeguarding Lead

     

    Gulcin became the Headteacher of Midfield Primary School in 2012. She joined the Trust in 2016, and within a year, advanced to the role of Executive Headteacher.  With a deep understanding of school improvement, she played a pivotal role in transforming Midfield Primary from a 'good' school to an 'outstanding one', marking a first for the local area. Currently, as Co-CEO, Gulcin oversees both Education and Safeguarding for the Trust. 

    Verity Bolton
    Chief Operations Officer and Company Secretary

    Verity has responsibility for the Trust’s business and procurement functions as well as overseeing estates management, health & safety, trust policies, and governance.  Verity is involved in the development and implementation of the Trust’s strategic goals including the Trust development plan and also carries out the Company Secretary function for the Trust.  Verity has been with the Trust since it developed, having originally become involved with the education sector as a Clerk for one of the member schools.

    Samantha Howell
    Headteacher - Hayes Primary School

    Samantha has over 22 years of experience in primary education, including 13 years as a class teacher, 3 years as a Teaching and Learning Consultant, and 3 years as a Deputy Headteacher. Now Headteacher at Hayes Primary School, she is passionate about teaching and learning and its role in driving school improvement across the Trust. She also leads Read Write Inc. for The Spring Trust, promoting excellence in early reading.  

    Cat Lewis
    Headteacher - Elmstead Wood Primary School

    Cat became the Headteacher of Elmstead Wood Primary School in 2024, bringing a clear vision for high expectations, inclusion, and excellence in teaching and learning. She has led significant improvement in both culture and outcomes across the school. As a Trust Leader, Cat contributes to driving school improvement and ensuring consistency in the quality of education across all Trust schools.

    Dan Osborn
    Headteacher - Midfield Primary School

    Dan is Headteacher of Midfield Primary School and the Trust Leader for SEND and Inclusion. Under his leadership, Midfield was rated Outstanding in its most recent Ofsted inspection. He has extensive leadership experience, having led another Bromley school and held senior roles across different boroughs. He is committed to high standards of teaching, and to developing pupils’ confidence, resilience and ambition. Beyond Spring, he serves on Bromley’s SEND Governance and All-Age Autism Partnership Boards and is a Trustee for a local charity.

    Gordon Jamieson
    Headteacher - Leesons Primary School

    Gordon is a highly experienced headteacher with an extensive background in leadership, developed through several years of service in the British army in conflict zones. Skilled in strategic planning, team development, and resilience under pressure. He brings a wealth of educational leadership experience across both primary and secondary schools in Greenwich and Bromley over the last 20 years, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence, community engagement, and fostering positive learning.

    Liam Frost
    Headteacher - St Mary Cray Primary Academy

    Liam joined Midfield Primary School in 2015 as Year 6 teacher and PE lead, and during his time there became Lead Practitioner and Assistant Headteacher. He then moved to St Mary Cray Primary School in September 2018 to become Deputy Headteacher specialising in teaching and behaviour, before taking over the role of Headteacher in 2024. Trust wide, he is responsible for Assessment across our five schools.
